  • 3 pounds Beef chuck roast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried dill
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 6 whole Pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup Low sodium beef broth
  • 2 cups Carrots, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef chuck roast and sear on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from heat.

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, dried dill, and paprika.
