  • 1 pound Lean ground turkey

  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 0.5 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Canned no-salt-added black beans
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 large Lime
  • 0.5 cup Low-sodium shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the onion and bell pepper, sautéing until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the lean ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
