  • 0.25 cup Bread crumbs, low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 pieces Whole wheat slider buns
  • 8 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Low sodium mustard

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, dried oregano, ground cumin, and breadcrumbs.

Add the egg to the mixture and gently mix until all ingredients are well combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
