  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs

  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with butter or a cooking spray.
