Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Seabass fillet
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the seabass fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Finely mince the garlic, and chop the fresh parsley, thyme, and dill.

Juice the lemon into a small bowl and zest it to get about 1 teaspoon of lemon zest. Set aside.
