  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 medium Onion

Directions

Step 1

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.

Finely chop the fresh parsley and mint leaves.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, unsalted breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, mint, ground black pepper, cumin powder, and paprika.
