  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and low sodium baking powder.

Add the unsalted butter, cut into small cubes, into the flour mixture. Use your fingers to rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
