  • 2 cups unsalted chicken stock
  • 1 whole orange
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Prepare the turkey by patting it dry with paper towels, removing any giblets or neck from the cavity.

Season the turkey cavity with garlic powder, onion powder, and ground black pepper.

Cut the orange and lemon in half. Stuff the cavity with the citrus halves, a tablespoon of thyme, and a tablespoon of rosemary.
