  • 2 whole bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 whole small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 pound cod fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the diced onion, chopped celery, and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, approximately 5 minutes.
