  • 2 medium Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Frozen green beans
  • 6 cups Low sodium beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef cubes in batches to avoid overcrowding. Brown the beef on all sides, then remove and set aside.
