  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 15-ounce can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 15-ounce can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 0 to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
