Ingredients

  • 1 piece Pre-made pie crust
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Low sodium ham
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Half-and-half
  • 0.5 cup Yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
