  • 2 fish Sea bream, whole, cleaned and scaled
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 4 Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the sea bream under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.

Make two diagonal slashes on each side of the fish with a sharp knife.
