Ingredients

  • 250 grams Halloumi cheese

  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

Slice the halloumi cheese into 1 cm thick slices.

Step 2

Carefully slice the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the cucumber into half-moons, and finely slice the red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, and dried oregano to prepare the dressing.
