Ingredients

  • 250 grams Halloumi cheese
  • 4 Whole wheat burger buns
  • 2 Large tomatoes
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach leaves

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

Slice the halloumi cheese into 8 even slices.

Core and slice the tomatoes into thick slices, and thinly slice the red onion.
