Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Belgian endives
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium Lemon
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Rinse the endives under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Trim off a thin slice from the root end, keeping enough of the core present to hold the leaves together.

Cut the endives in half lengthwise.

Juice the lemon, setting aside 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
