  • 2 slices Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup Arugula
  • 0.5 teaspoon Low sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the grill or a heavy-bottom skillet on medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth, and stir in fresh lemon juice. Set aside for later use.

Step 3

Season the Wagyu beef patty with freshly ground black pepper and garlic powder on both sides.

Step 4

Brush the grill or skillet with olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned Wagyu beef patty on the grill or skillet.

While the patty cooks, toast the whole grain hamburger bun lightly until golden brown.

Step 7

Spread unsalted butter on the toasted side of the bun halves.

Step 8

Place the cooked Wagyu patty on the bottom half of the bun.

Step 9

Top the patty with mashed avocado, red onion slices, tomato slices, and arugula.
