Ingredients

  • 3 cups Gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 cup Raw almonds, roughly chopped
  • 0.5 cup Raw pecans, roughly chopped
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.25 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 0.25 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Ground flaxseed
  • 0.25 cup Pure maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries, unsweetened

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free rolled oats, chopped almonds, chopped pecans, shredded coconut, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, ground cinnamon, and ground flaxseed. Stir until well mixed.
