  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Directions

Step 1

Finely slice the green onions and set aside a small portion for garnishing.

Julienne the carrot and bell pepper into thin strips.

Step 3

Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
