  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 0.5 inch piece, grated Ginger

Directions

Step 1

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until they are generously mixed, then set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat in a non-stick pan.
