Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium Carrot, julienned
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 stalks Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Set aside.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine low sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, honey, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Step 4

In a large skillet or wok, heat canola oil over medium-high heat.
