  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt (low sodium)
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 0.5 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, black pepper, dried oregano, and fresh lemon juice. Mix well until the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the meat.

Step 2

Divide the seasoned turkey mixture into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a thin oval patty, slightly larger than the size of your tortilla.
