Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Place the ham in a large roasting pan, flat side down.
In a medium saucepan, combine the honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and black pepper.
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves and the glaze thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern using a sharp knife, about 1/4 inch deep.
