  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 4 cups, chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup, halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup, diced cucumber
  • 1 cup, diced yellow bell pepper
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 2 tablespoons no-salt-added Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

Season with ground black pepper. Stir to combine and remove from heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the no-salt-added Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, honey, and lemon juice to make the dressing.
