Ingredients

  • 250 grams Cheddar cheese (low sodium)
  • 100 grams All-purpose flour
  • 50 grams Unsalted butter
  • 30 ml Ice water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Grate the low sodium cheddar cheese and set it aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and ground black pepper.
