Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the green cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Peel and grate the carrots using a box grater or food processor, then add them to the bowl with the cabbage.
