  • 200 milliliters Heavy cream

  • 20 grams Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, and sugar.

Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until well combined.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the melted butter and milk mixture.
