Ingredients

  • 4 slices Whole-grain bread
  • 8 ounces Fresh crab meat, cooked
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice, fresh
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the slices of whole-grain bread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil using a pastry brush.

Toast the bread slices in the oven for about 5 minutes or until they are golden brown and crisp.
