Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy cream

  • 0.25 cup Cold water
  • 1 cup Fresh berries
  • 4 leaves Mint leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the unflavored gelatin with 0.25 cup of cold water. Stir gently and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
