  • 4 slices Whole grain bread slices
  • 4 leaves Fresh lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium, sliced Tomato
  • 0.5 medium, sliced Cucumber
  • 0.5 medium, sliced Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium, sliced Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Low sodium mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing your vegetables. Wash the lettuce leaves, and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Step 2

Slice the tomato, cucumber, and red bell pepper into thin slices. Peel and slice the avocado.

Step 3

Lay out the bread slices on a clean surface.

Step 4

Spread 1 tablespoon of low sodium mustard on one side of each of the four bread slices.
