  • 2 leaves Bay leaves
  • 1 pound Shrimp, deveined and shell-on
  • 1 pound Snow crab legs
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 12 ounces Smoked sausage, low sodium (optional)
  • 8 cups Water

Directions

Step 1

Fill a large stockpot with 8 cups of water and set over medium-high heat.

Add onion, garlic, low-sodium Old Bay seasoning, black peppercorns, bay leaves, and one lemon cut into slices to the pot.
