Ingredients

  • 500 grams lean ground pork
  • 1 cup low sodium bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 sheets low sodium puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Finely mince the garlic and onion. Chop the fresh sage leaves finely.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, bread crumbs, egg, minced garlic, onion, fresh sage, black pepper, paprika, and mustard powder. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
