  • 1 cup low sodium beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup frozen peas
  • 2 puff pastry sheets (thawed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, carrots, and celery, and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables begin to soften.

Stir in the garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until the beef is fully browned, about 6-8 minutes.
