Ingredients

  • 2 Whole grain ciabatta rolls
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 8 Fresh basil leaves
  • 4 ounces Fresh mozzarella, sliced thinly
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, roasted and sliced
  • 0.5 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.

Cut the ciabatta rolls in half horizontally and lightly brush the cut sides with olive oil.

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil with minced garlic and balsamic vinegar. Set aside.
