Ingredients

  • 2 slices Low sodium whole grain bread
  • 2 slices Low sodium ham
  • 1 slice Low fat cheese (such as Swiss or Cheddar)
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 slices Tomato

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Lightly spread unsalted butter on one side of each slice of bread. This will be the side that gets toasted.

Step 3

Spread Dijon mustard evenly on the non-buttered side of one slice of bread.
