  • 1 cup Low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 pieces Whole wheat taco shells
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato, diced
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
