  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 pieces Whole grain burger buns
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 0.5 medium Avocado
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Non-fat Greek yogurt

Directions

Step 1

Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap or wax paper. Pound with a meat mallet or rolling pin until about 1/2 inch thick.

In a shallow dish, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, and paprika. Add the chicken breasts, turning them to coat thoroughly. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
