Ingredients

  • 2 hearts Romaine lettuce
  • 1 small Whole grain baguette

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (low sodium)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 Anchovy fillets
  • 0.25 cup Plain Greek yogurt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the baguette into 1-inch cubes to make the croutons.
