Ingredients

  • 2 slices Low-sodium bacon
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 slice Low-sodium cheddar cheese
  • 1 Whole wheat roll
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a frying pan over medium heat.

Place the low-sodium bacon slices in the pan and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Once done, remove the bacon and place on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
