Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground turkey or lean beef

  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 cup Unsalted tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn kernels, fresh or frozen
  • 4 cups Chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large Diced avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 0.25 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup Low sodium tortilla chips

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the ground turkey or lean beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
