  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1 sheet Nori (seaweed), cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 liter Cold water

Directions

Step 1

Boil 1 liter of cold water in a large pot. Once boiling, add the somen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender but still firm. Be cautious not to overcook.

Step 2

While the noodles are cooking, prepare a large bowl with ice water.

Step 7

Top each serving with green onions, grated ginger, nori strips, and sesame seeds.

Step 8

Pour the dipping sauce into small individual bowls for each serving.
