  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 0.25 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup Low-sodium Caesar dressing
  • 4 pieces Whole grain tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the chicken. Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board, cover with plastic wrap, and gently pound with a meat mallet until they are about 1/2 inch thick.
