  • 1 cup Low sodium refried beans
  • 2 cups Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Reduced fat sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup Chopped green onions
  • 0 Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and baking powder. Gradually add olive oil and water while mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
