  • 8 small Corn tortillas
  • 0.5 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium Chopped onion
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 large Avocado

Directions

Step 1

Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and cut it into large chunks.
