  • 1 leaf bay leaf
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Peel the burdock root and slice it into thin, diagonal pieces.

Peel and dice the carrots and potato into small cubes.

Step 3

Chop the celery stalks and onion into small pieces.

Mince the garlic cloves.

Peel and grate the ginger.
