  • 4 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 8 large Egg whites
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach

  • 2 stalks Green onion

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 large Lime

Directions

Step 1

Dice the red bell pepper and finely chop the green onion. Set them aside.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add olive oil.

Sauté the red bell pepper and green onion in the pan for about 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables soften.
