  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries

  • 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves
  • 0.5 cup Lime juice
  • 2 cups Low sodium sparkling water
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 4 sprigs Fresh mint sprigs
  • 4 slices Lime slices

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the berries thoroughly under cold water and drain them well.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

Step 3

Gently mash the berries with a fork or a potato masher to release their juices, being careful not to over-crush them.

Step 4
