Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds

  • 0.25 cup Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Sliced almonds
  • 0.25 cup Granola (low sodium)

Directions

Step 1

In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, banana, unsweetened almond milk, baby spinach, and chia seeds.
