  • 1 cup chickpeas, cooked and drained
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 0.5 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
