  • 4 pieces Low sodium whole wheat flatbreads
  • 1 medium Cucumber, sliced
  • 2 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 1 small Red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, garlic powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper.

Step 3

Add olive oil and lemon juice to the spice mix and stir to create a marinade.

Add the beef strips to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
